A Letter from Our Leadership Team

Thank you for your interest in Jaxpointe Memory Care Homes. We think you will find that what we offer for those with Alzheimer’s and other memory loss challenges is exactly what you’d desire for your loved one: a loving environment that supports the individual to live their life to the fullest in a setting surrounded by caring individuals.

In a field where staff turnover is common, we are proud that many of our staff have been with us for years because they love what they do and operate in a culture of respect and dignity—for the residents, families and each other. The staff thrive in this environment because they are part of something different. What results is a bond between families and caregivers that creates a warm, positive environment that enhances the overall mood and outcomes of our residents.

When we opened Jaxpointe, we envisioned a space where residents felt welcome, respected and valued for who they are. We created beautifully refinished ranch homes that resemble homes many of our residents once lived in. We also envisioned homes that are as valued in the neighborhood as local schools, medical clinics or other respected contributors.

On all these fronts, we feel we’ve achieved our goals. We have set the bar high for care. Our staff is caring, stable and a big part of the reason we thrive. We have seen residents flourish in our homes, and we have seen the neighborhood residents embrace our caregivers and residents as they have come to know them as neighbors.

As leaders in this organization, we are heavily involved in the care and daily management of our homes, something we take great pride in. As a privately held company, we are always able to guide our decisions with the resident’s best interest in mind.

Please give us a call to learn more about how we deliver our services, and how it is so unique in providing a caring home for those with memory loss.

Regards,

Russ and Gayle
